During live events, you can find a link to the virtual on your My Account page. You can also find the link in your ticket email that is sent to you after the purchase of a ticket. If you have not received this email, please contact support@empireboxingenterprises.com.
You can change your payment method by going to your account and going to the Payment Method tab.
You can view your membership type, content and when it expires in your account under the Video Access tab.
Virtual events can only be viewed by the account that purchased the ticket. If two or more people want to watch a virtual event, they will all need accounts to log in and watch the event.
You can change your account details on the My Account page under the Edit Account tab.

You can log into your account by clicking on SIGN UP/LOGIN in the menu
We accept all major credit cards and certain Visa debit cards. Please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases.
Once you have logged into your account, go to the My Account link in the menu. Here you will find your dashboard that contains your orders, access plans and your billing details. Click on Video Access to view the videos you have access to.
Please make sure you are logged into your account. It must be the same account that was used to purchase access to the video.
